I've Got the SPARK!

That's right, lovely readers, I've discovered the most amazing thing!! I have been having trouble the past 2 weeks getting over my weight loss plateau and staying motivated... until now!

Knowing how super trendy and in-the-know you all are, this may not be new news to you, but this site is great!! It calculates your BMI and helps you choose your own goals.

I can easily track my daily calories and my workouts. Not to mention healthy meal suggestions and eating plans. The site is so awesome, inspirational and user friendly!

  2. I am a member of sparkpeople and my-calorie-counter.com. they are both great sites. It is a good way to track your progress, and spark people has great support with forums and discussion! good luck!!

  6. I joined SparkPeople about 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! Add me as a friend! My user name is seattlestevie.

    I like the fitness tracker and the calorie tracker. It's really eye opening when you enter every single thing you eat during the day. And it's really fun to enter in your daily exercise and it totally keeps me motivated!
