Running Music Must-Haves

I laced up my tennis shoes and gobbed on the SPF for a post-work run in the sunshine with my Bella Beast.

I wish I could say that my inspiration comes from the satisfaction of a good long run, or the desire to push myself, but quite honestly... it's my new running playlist [and maybe a little from wanting to look good in my bridesmaid dress at my best friend's wedding] that gets me moving!

So, without further adieu...

  1. How cute! And good work with the running! I decided long ago that God never intended me to be a runner. A fast walker, yes. But definitely not a runner! Kudos to you, dear, for getting out there to run! And I love the playlist! That'd be great for me at the gym! ...And being overseas & out of touch with US entertainment, I don't know half those songs :)

  2. Thanks Amanda! I've got to get my rear in gear, and running is the best way for me to do it! As long as you're moving, you're on the right track :)

I am so happy you love the playlist - it's great for an upbeat power hour workout - plus for you it's all new jams!

    Enjoy!!
