A Few of My Favorite Things

Today is such a great day for so many wonderful reasons! Happy Friday... we made it to the weekend!!




Do you remember that fabulous song from The Sound of Music? It came on the Christmas radio station this morning and got me thinking about my favorite things.

There are so many fun things that make me happy today and I just have to share what makes me smile...


+ woke up smiling... I'm very blessed and so thankful!
+ sipping on my ritual pay day Starbucks soy latte
{thanks to my sweet friend Tara for my bday Starbucks gift card!}
+ pretty mellow work day
+ christmas shopping tonight
+ volunteering w/ BF in the morning
+ puppy walking catch-up date w/ BF's mom tomorrow afternoon
+ saturday date night at The Plaza to look at Christmas lights
+ chance of snow!!!
+ annual cousin cookie baking on Sunday
+ church, sunday dinner, and relaxing
+ YOU make me smile! Thanks for being wonderful!

Side note... another thing that makes me happy? Groupon!!

I bought the national Groupon for Redbox - what a great deal! 3 Redbox movie rentals for only $1 total. Guess what I'm doing tonight?! :)

Also, I was needing to get my oil changed this weekend, and ironically yesterday's Groupon was $15 for an awesome $40 worth oil change!
