Weekly Weigh-in: Week 1

Well, I went to my weekly weigh-in and nutrition meeting and I was very excited to see all my hard work this last week paid off!


3.6 lbs. lost!! Wooo!!!

For me, this is a way of life and I'm never going back! Yes, healthier living can be tracked by weight or BMI level, but that is not my overall goal. With heart disease and high hereditary cancer risks in the family, I want to do anything and everything I can to reduce my risk and live a long and healthy life... I'm well on my way!

I was so excited to see progress today and I had to share my victory with you! 10.2 lbs. to go until I reach my first goal marker... baby steps at a time.

They are absolutely right when they say, "Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!"
