  1. Easter plans?

Why of course!! I'm headed home to my parents house for the weekend!

It should be jam-packed with dying eggs with my little cousins, helping my bestie send out wedding invites, baking with mom, walking puppies, Easter service, and an afternoon with my huge family eating and Easter egg hunting! :)

    { So excited!! }

    xo

Today I visited Life in the Tropics, who confessed to an addiction to coffee {I can relate...} and They Call Her Meghan, who had a few questions about blogging. Hope I helped her out a little!

  7. It's been ages since I swung by to mingle (I guess that happens when you take 6 months off blogging, ha!)...
As for Easter, church in the AM and then my "baby" cousin is having his 18th birthday in the afternoon. He's the youngest of all the first cousins, so I guess we're all grown up now! I visited Love is Home and A Pretty Plethora, both super cute! Love a good weekend re-cap :)

  16. Happy Monday! Visited The Mustard Ceiling, who has a lovely interior design blog that I may or may not be obsessed with now! Also, visited Life on a stick, who had a great post that gave me a glimpse into her life.

Easter plans---flying to L.A. to be with my parents! But, I'm half-Jewish, so we'll be celebrating Passover as well, of course. =)

  17. I visited:

on the front porch looking in and I love her simple flower pattern. I might try that with my little sister!

a little bit of this & that and I enjoyed her favorites list. We both love Dirty Dancing, but do not have much else in common. Her blog design is also very cute and cheerful.

For Easter Grandpa and I will spend the weekend with my mom, sister and her boyfriend. Simple. Just church and a nice meal.

  18. I love love love Easter with the family. We travel about thirty miles each year, and our WHOLE extended family gets together and hunts eggs/eats until we can eat.no.more.

I visited On the Front Porch Looking In today, and she has posted such an inspirational and encouraging verse. I think I'm about to share it on my blog as well.

I also visited The Beginning of Everything, sounds like we are in the same "spot" about blogging right now. Love it and love what it's given me, but when it comes to writing the past few weeks I've had NOTHING.

  19. I visited Seeking Starbucks- which I absolutely loved! And worth waiting for, which was touching. I love Mingle Monday because I'm always finding great new blogs to follow. :)

  20. I visited "A Love Worth Waiting For" and "Life On A Stick". Both were such cute blogs with fun and inspiring posts :) I definitely recommend checking them out!

My plan for Easter is to cook my very first holiday meal...all on my own! My fiance and I are unable to travel home for Easter so I am taking on the task of trying to make the day as normal as possible, even though we won't be surrounded by family and friends.

  21. First I stopped by Jesus, Bring the Rain-- she posted a great Bible verse that spoke to my heart and what's going on in my life.

Then I went to Love, Julie, where she announced she was engaged! How exciting is that?!?

Easter plans: Saturday is my bridal shower, then I'm going home to spend Easter Sunday (morning) with the fam, then back to college!

Then I went to Love, Julie and loved reading that she's engaged and she had a super great tip on making cupcakes! :)
