Mingle Monday Blog Hop: Bday Edition!

T wenty six isn't so bad...
That's right, today is my 26th birthday, and so far so good. I have the entire day off, so I slept in extremely late, may or may not still be in my PJs, and I'm heading to see Breaking Dawn - Part 2 with my sister!

Later tonight, Adam and I are going to celebrate with a low-key dinner and wonderful mellow hang out time. After a busy weekend of pre-celebrating, this sounds wonderful to me!

Thanks so much for taking time to stop by!

Want to give me the world's best birthday present? Please spread the word about today's Mingle Monday to everyone! I would love to have them join this week-long party!

  11. Happy Birthday! I've never been one for elaborate parties...dinner with a few friends and family is a lovely tradition I look forward to. An intimate un-celebration suits me just fine. The presents, however, are always a favorite. :)

Since my birthday is always so close to Thanksgiving, I always celebrate the day I come home from college for break by opening presents & having cake & just spending time with family!

  14. I don't really have any birthday traditions. But I need some! I am trying to convince my husband to take me to see Taylor Swift in concert in Dallas for my birthday next year. Not so sure it will happen!

Hope you enjoy Breaking Dawn 2! I can not wait to see it.

  16. Happy birthday! Hope the rest of the day is awesome! I don't really have a birthday tradition, but the Tulsa State Fair is usually in town around my birthday. The last two years I have been able to go see whichever Christian musical artist happens to be performing that year. This year was Jeremy Camp. Amazing time and amazing music!
