  3. Congratulations on your new position with RMDH!
I had the privilege of visiting the first house in Philadelphia when I worked for the Eagles a few years ago. It was my first exposure to the charity beyond the drop boxes at their restaurants and I think what they do, and what you will be doing, is fantastic. Good luck on your new adventure.

  9. I've hired a bunch of people and the biggest thing is to come ready to learn. Whatever you did before doesn't necessarily apply to what you're doing here. Your boss is going to have their own way of doing things and you need to stay open minded.

My tips have to be always work hard, even if you don't want to, it will lead to amazing opportunities. I do physical therapy so I have done so much and saw tons of improvement with patients of mine and when I just work hard, have a great spirit then everyone succeeds! :)

  12. i started my second post-college job last year and my biggest advice to myself would have been to be patient, the learning curve can be greater than you think adjusting to the new culture, management and expectations but this does not mean you are failing! Ask a lot of questions and be honest about how you're feeling/where you need more help. It's much easier to ask in the first month or two, than 9 months down the line.
