Sorry I'm so late to post Mingle Monday, but very happy you still want to link up!
I've been in the doctor's office and resting. I've come down with some kind of weird viral infection that simply makes me sounds like a man. Or a teenage boy going through puberty.
...sexy...
Anywho, super glad you're here and I hope you will pass on the word!

ReplyDeleteLots of tea. And toast.
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon, Meg!

Sure hope you get to feeling better, sweet Meg. Go get yourself some yummy soup, a great movie, and pile up in bed! You'll be feeling better in no time :) Love you!!!
ReplyDeleteOJ, Emergen-C and naps. Feel better soon sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon. A viral infection does not sound fun. I like to get lots of sleep when I don't feel well. Sometimes I'll drink hot tea if I can keep anything down.
ReplyDeleteOh no :( I too am suffering - I've gone from chest infection (recurrent since Nov) to flu over Christmas and just whn I thought I was better... sinus infection now since start of Jan!!!
ReplyDeleteTo feel better I like duvet days, cups of tea and sleep!!! Oh and a good comedy box set. I am currently addicted to the Office!
Get well soon!!
Missy
I'm sick too! I guess it's the season. A day at home reading books and watching tv is my idea of a cure for all ills!
ReplyDeleteOof. I had something like that last month and it was not pretty...my son was quite frightened by me when I attempted to speak. My husband is old school and swears by a little whiskey or bourbon in a hot beverage. In fact, I made him a whiskey-spiked apple cider the other night since he has a cold. I've tried it, and I certainly felt better, but hot liquor is a hard one for me to get down. Feel better!
ReplyDeletePretty much the same thing I did today, lay around with the dogs and eat in bed, lol.
ReplyDeleteCurling up in bed with a good book, the fur baby, and some good ole chicken noodle soup!
ReplyDeleteWhen I'm sick I always have sprite and soup on hand... plus extra attention from my husband is a must. :)
ReplyDeleteMy bed and a good book!
ReplyDeleteOh sick days are the worst!!! I like to cuddle!! I want to wrap up in a blanket, wearing sweatpants and a hoodie, and a hot cup of soup. AND my husband waiting on me hand and foot doesn't hurt at all either.

Obviously Obsessed
Oh! Considering I'm having gallbladder surgery tomorrow, I'm really looking forward to watching TV all day and snuggling with my puppies!!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon!!

ReplyDeleteOrange juice, green tea, rest, fresh air, and as many fruits and veggies as you can handle. Feel better!!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time linking up for Mingle Monday and I'm a new follower!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you start feeling better! I like to usually just lay around and watch trash TV and drink lots of liquids!! Trash TV always makes me feel better!!
I think EVERYONE is fighting this sickness right now because I've been sick since Friday! I went to the doctor yesterday and they gave me drugs. YAY! Anyways, to feel better I left work early yesterday and took a nap. I fell asleep to Pride and Prejudice. I've decided that is the best movie to fall asleep to! The music is so relaxing, and everything makes you feel happy. You fall asleep happy, have happy dreams, and you wake up to Mr. Darcy!
ReplyDeletea hot bath, some chocolate and good movies...those usually make me feel better in some way. :)
